About the role:
To contact potential customers both in the education and corporate sectors, investigating their needs for our software products, ascertaining their available budget and persuading them to download and try.2. To send quotes to interested potential customers via our CRM system (webCRM)3. To meet high activity targets (80 calls minimum per day)4. To make qualified appointments for our external Area Account Managers to demonstrate software systems (including MyPC and R&R).5. To accurately maintain customer data on our CRM system.6. To send literature, letters and emails informing customers about our products, and where appropriate, inviting them to conferences and exhibitions
