Admin Assistant


  • To assist on a daily basis. 
  • To organise the calendar.
  • To answer and make telephone calls when necessary.
  • To take messages and ensure they are actioned in a timely manner.
  • To carry out clerical duties including filing, photocopying and faxing.
  • To carry out stock checks, when required.
  • To deal with returns by customers. 
  • To be responsible for printing the daily controlant report.
  • To check the POs daily. 
  • To deals with weights and dimensions.
  • Other duties which may be reasonably required from time to time by company managers, including delegated duties during the absence of colleagues.
