Main Purpose:

To manage the delivery, implementation and processes for all projects, to maintain operational and quality standards as defined by the Head and other responsible members of the company as required.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, organize and co-ordinate installation schedules. Including inventory management through to delivery.
  • Maintain, organize and co-ordinate project information and documentation.
  • Responsible for management of Quality systems including supplier liaison and review, metric reporting and process handling.
  • Departmental liaison between related departments such as New Sales, Sales Support, Maintenance and Service, Warehouse, Finance etc.
  • Assist with quotations; order handover and relevant stages within the sales and installation process.
  • Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in sales and operational meetings as required, providing appropriate information and feedback.

General Duties:

  • Organize and minute meetings
  • Administration and reporting as necessary.
  • Adhere to all defined quality procedures and internally set standards.
  • Carry out any ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by your Manager or for Business needs.
