Job Role:

Someone to support their maintenance workshop department. The role entails keeping records of work done and completed, generating daily reports and job cards, ensuring documentation is correct and up-to-date, ordering and sourcing parts and ensuring equipment is checked and logged in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.

Key skills:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills and be able to communicate well through various mediums.
  • You should possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Have a good telephone manner and be able to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and inter-departmental colleagues.

The hours are Mon - Fri 0900 - 1800 with 1 hour for lunch
