Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work through a daily task list to completion
  • Attend regular team meetings with o?ce personnel
  • Fielding telephone calls and passing along messages
  • Ordering photos & floor plans and loading on once received
  • Creating window cards and online brochures
  • collect all required information for the move in.
  • Support in checking details are correct in relevant platforms and software with regard to charges raised
  • for new lets and renewals
  • Production of renewal paperwork.
  • Supporting the sales team with case progression and ensuring notes are updated.
  • effectively communicating with various departments
  • Support in creating forms in all relevant platforms and
  • software
  • Create Excel worksheets - including functions
  • Help to prepare leaflets for distribution
  • Creating Sales Memos
  • Support in overseeing any company email inboxes designated to you to ensure they are monitored
  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional
  • publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations

Skills &Experience

Required:

  • Attention to detail
  • Competent literacy and numeracy skills
  • High level of computer literacy
