We are looking for someone to help support our Brand Manager with all the day-to-day preparations of our product launches and general administrative tasks that provide our sales team with the most effective tools to sell.

The role is part of the general sales team who all work together to achieve the best sales possible, so although the role does not require to sell directly, the aim for all sales teams members is to work in a manner that will always maximise sales.

The person we are looking for would need the following skills: -

Highly organised - Attention to detail - Positive attitude to helping wherever it was needed - Ability to meet deadlines - Take ownership of certain tasks and see them through to the end - Take direction well and have a willingness to learn - Some experience of working with a product or with a brand in some way Key Daily Tasks This will involve the following and can be a combination of all and some things in just one day! •

Organising samples for deliveries to photoshoots, to tradeshows, to customers • Arranging collections of samples, often on tight timelines •

Helping to update and check product data with an understanding of the consequences

• Helping with proofing of marketing material • Organising images and any visual assets

• Helping with sample archives where needed • Being an active part of keeping the office tidy and efficient • Answering the telephone and helping the sales and website teams with being the first port of call • Helping input orders if required during busy periods

• Assisting the brand manager with any administrative tasks relating to product launches or in support of general brand-related work • Assisting the Managing Director and Sales Director if required with any administrative tasks
