Digital Content Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Ultimately, you will be responsible for the ongoing optimisation of the online customer
  • experience and improvement of the conversion performance. Turning our client into the automatic choice for people looking to buy online.
  • Develop online content and landing pages in partnership with the senior outsourced SEO and creative specialists.
  • Conduct and roll-out a continual test and learn plan to enhance the current website incollaboration with our Head of Ecommerce.
  • Work closely with U.S based Web Development team, specializing in SuiteCommercePlatforms (Netsuite).
  • Strengthen our clients online reputation and grow the sales impact of our positive customer ratings.
  • Work closely with the Pricing and Product teams to ensure the accuracy andcomprehensiveness of product information online.
  • Develop onsite and eCRM engagement programmes utilising tools including Oracle Bronto
  • email marketing software.

Required Skills

  • Owning and taking responsibility. You’ll be at the forefront of achieving their ambition to dominate the market.
  • A flair for creating compelling online and email content through both copywriting anddesign.
  • You’ll have a minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience within a similar role.
  • Experience of implementing SEO principles into digital content.
  • Good HTML skills. You’ll be able to manipulate templated website pages to provide bespoke
    online content.
  • Excellent attention to detail. You’ll take ownership of ensuring the website content is
    accurate and error free.
  • Be action orientated. This is a role for someone who’s prepared to be very hands on.
  • Strong analytics skills. Ability to analyse communication performance based on defined KPIs
    and use insight to improve future content strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various internal stakeholders.
