Financial Accounting Manager ( German Speaking)

About the role: 

Manage customer invoicing, payroll information capture and processing, customer debt collection and credit control, purchasing control and payment processing.

  • Generate timely reporting of performance, both financial and operational, with the focus on financial performance through monthly profit and loss and balance sheet.
  • Control and manage the full integration of the Templa CRM system to improve the management efficiency and reporting and deliver required training to staff members as required.
  • Develop system and control for all administration activity, to ensure efficiency in data capture.
  • Ensure that all employment rules are adhered to, particularly those connected to employment documentation, payment rates and government legislation.
  • Develop the skills of the administration direct reports and encourage a team ethos.
  • Regular contributions to company development through suggested improvements to enhance reporting and opportunities for business growth.
  • Gather information on development in the facility service market place and inform the senior team, with possible suggestions for change or enhancement in the company’s operations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in management of commercial operations, with management of direct report personnel. Proven ability to deliver to specific and short timescales and deadlines and ability to prioritise.
  • Proficient in use of MS office and have an analytical mind with problem solving skills.
  • Team player, with excellent communication skills, hand on approach and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate an ability to engage with senior customer management and other stakeholders.
  • Possess a degree level qualification or equivalent.
