• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports and statistics e.g. headcount, attrition, sickness absence including any SLA or KPI reporting for internal management and external bodies such as Department of Health, Office for National Statistics, Care Quality Commission etc. • Manage and continuously improve the HR information system, the integrity of HR data and implement system enhancements to improve workflow within all HR sub-functions • Reward: provide grading/job pricing data, deliver reports which capture key compensation and benefits metrics and trends and gather internal and external data to providing advice on compensation & benefits policy • Project Manage the salary review and bonus payment processes including modeling, data collation, analysis, system updates and letter generation • Process the payroll integration to finance • Work with colleagues to boost participation in the annual Employee Survey and ensure results are analysed and utilized for the benefit of InHealth • Improve and maintain the HR section of the InHealth Hub • Maintain organisation charts • Participate in and support HR projects • Keep up to date with changes in UK employment legislation, making sure changes are effectively implemented as required • Supplier performance: provide means to capture and analyse supplier performance Ensure people data feed to all other systems
