| cr3514 - Business Support Analyst | The CRM team is accountable for the deployment and maintenance of Customer Relationship systems and process across the globe. The position of Regional Business Analyst - CRM is responsible for supporting analysis, design and deployment of systems and User Training for all users in Europe.
At the core of our CRM strategy is the hosted CRM package which is the central container for all non transactional Customer data and a primary information source for customer facing teams.
Located in our European offices and working as part of a global CRM team, the jobholder will be responsible for contributing to solution design and support and implementation across regional offices. To ensure consistency across global regions he/she will focus on data quality and increased systems adoption whilst supporting day to day ad hoc requests and issues within Europe.
Position Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze internal and external data, so that it can be easily understood and utilized by the entire organization.
Gather business requirements and develop systems to support or enhance existing processes.
Maintenance of data quality standards
Assist with system administration and provide support to regional office users.
Communicate progress and achievements across the team and on a regular basis to various levels of management.
Own and manage components of larger initiatives, both on an on-going basis and on an ad-hoc basis.
Must be able to take responsibility for completion of project components and work with others to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
Provide user training and follow up support for new and existing users in Europe.
QUALIFICATIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages would also be beneficial but not essential.
Experience as part of a team in the successful implementation of a major CRM software package
2+ years SFdc experience (Eloqua and JDE an advantage)
Experience of working in a global environment
Solid understanding of Business Metrics
Experience managing multiple territories.
Competent in use of Microsoft Office suite Particularly MSExcel
Excellent problem solving and analytic skills (working with large data sets)
High level of attention to detail
Ability to communicate with a highly technical management team including Users where English is not their first language.

o Ability to make decisions when faced with ambiguity
Customer Relations
o Ability to establish working relationships with customers at all levels VP, Director, Manager, and Individual Contributor
o Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
