Lettings Negotiator

About the role:

Key Responsibilities

  • To increase number of lettings and expand management portfolio
  • To deliver excellent service to clients and applicants
  • To contribute the smooth running of the Lettings Department
  • Regular Tasks
  • Visiting properties for valuations and instructions
  • Dealing with enquiries on telephone and personal calls
  • Arranging appointments for viewings
  • Accompanying viewings to properties
  • Negotiating lettings with Landlords and Tenants
  • Completing relevant administration
  • Canvassing for new business I.e. leaflets, letters
  • Offer additional services - mortgage finance, contents/building ins/rental ins
  • Monday to Friday 9 am until 6 pm - 1 hour for lunch
  • Alternate Saturdays 9 am until 4 pm
  • Average 43.5 hours per week
  • 23 days holiday per annum
  • (3 days to be used over Christmas Period - therefore 20 bookable days) plus Public Holidays
