Office Administrator

Our Cient is looking for a bi-lingual person with perfect English and preferable French or other language skills. The person must be a proficient Microsoft user with very good knowledge of Excel/Word/PowerPoint and Outlook who can understand complex emails with travel itineraries and instructions. Knows how to calculate currency exchange rates.

Other administrative office work such as

  • filing
  • interviewing drivers
  • collect paperwork
  • assist with client proposals
  • create work documents in Word and Excel
  • stationary inventory
  • reception work and phone duty
