Part Time Recruitment Manager

Previous experience within HR academic background and have experience in screening and evaluating candidates.

This is a part-time role and the hours of work will be from 9am-6pm three days per week.

You will be responsible for:

  • Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
  • Managing the recruitment processes ensuring all leads and applications are processed in a timely manner
  • Working to the needs of the business and employing the right number of staff with the right skills/qualities
  • Writing all job descriptions
  • Contributing content to the business website and make use of social media to attract suitable candidates
  • Be active and visual in the local communities
  • Organising career/recruitment events
  • Monitor and evaluate recruitment campaigns and staff turnover
  • Making sure recruitment drives are cost-effective and develop action plans to improve retention
  • Overseeing all recruitment administration, advertising, including reference checks and first sign off of compliant files
  • Liaising with the Senior Management to identify any training requirements
