Personal Assistant

Will suit a recent graduate that would like to start their career as a PA or someone with some experience. Salary dependant on experience.


  • Manage the diaries and schedules of the CEO and Chairman.
  • Perform reception duties such as answering the phone, meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Signing in visitors and supplying them visitor's badges and ensuring that they have read the fire safety information 
  • Manage the travel budget and set-up a preferred supplier for travel 
  • Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and lodgings for the CEO and her direct reports 
  • Support the CEO and her direct reports with expenses, catering arrangements, and internal meetings
  • Liaise with other staff members on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare a monthly travel report to share with CEO
  • Completing administrative requests including research, projects, document preparation, gathering information; preparing and editing documents and creating/designing presentations with graphics
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings for the CEO 
  • Coordinating on-site and off-site events
  • Liaise with clients and business guests
  • Solve simple IT problems and contact the IT department when necessary
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments, including HR, IT, Sales, and PR
  • Update the intranet site with useful information e.g. contact list, key business changes on behalf of the CEO 
  • Ad hoc duties including all general administrative and clerical tasks running errands as and when requested
