Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our People team and help achieve our organisational growth objectives.

Must have worked in house recruitment

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate’s selection methods including social media
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of preparing HR documents
  • Proven ability to create regular reports on HR metrics (Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver


  1. Knowledge of employee legislation, recruitment, and HR best practices - equality, diversity, inclusion
  2. CIPD / HR-relevant qualifications desirable

Aptitude and attitude:

  1. excellent at building relationships internally and externally
  2. An interest in the health sector and/or technology is desirable
  3. Would relish working in an innovative and fast-moving company with a start-up feel

Main responsibilities

  • To deliver effective and reliable resourcing
  • Work closely with recruiting managers to understand the role requirements and provide advice supporting in the preparation of job descriptions, adverts, application form questions
  • Agree recruitment and selection routes and organise recruitment activity through relevant media channels, job boards to generate candidates.
  • Design, conduct and coordinate recruitment and selection processes - undertaking interviews and screening calls and assisting in process
  • Take steps to ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees including onboarding guidance for managers. You will liaise with managers on paperwork to prepare selected candidates for entry into the business - including administration of hiring paperwork from offer and contract, pre-employment checks to benefits and payroll processing
  • Serve as brand ambassador internally and externally; as the first contact for candidates ensure a positive experience and provide information on benefits, salary, and culture
  • Managing our Referral Rewards programme
  • Work closely with marketing department to develop creative recruitment marketing activities.
  • Create monthly reports on acquisition metrics and areas of improvement.
  • Ensure we adhere to all legal responsibilities with particular emphasis on equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • Play role in upskilling hiring managers in recruitment, selection and talent management best practice
