Training Administrator 3/6 month contract

About this role:

We have taken a role for a training admin to start asap interviews are friday and monday for a 3/6 month contract based in wembley
beneficial but not essential’ attribute would be if you spoke any other languages, particularly Romanian and/or Lithuanian.

We would like them to start ASAP and will be willing to pay £22k-£26k per annum, dependant on experience, on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract. It’s a full-time position working Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30.

We are looking for a Training Administrator to support our training department. You will be responsible for communicating with participants, managers and suppliers to arrange training as required.

In this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You should also be an excellent communicator and reliable problem-solver with strong organisational skills.

Liaise with external providers, managers and participants to book new training requests for individuals and groups.

Review training certificate/card expiries and liaise with providers, managers and participants to get them renewed as required.

Ensure participants receive appropriate joining instructions and course information prior to course date.

Administer the database and records management tool for the capture of training certificates and cards as they are received.

Send out certificates and cards to sites after they are recorded.

Act as a point-of-contact for suppliers and participants.

Handle accounts receivable, generate a purchase order and ensure invoices are paid.

Resolve issues as they arise.

Ensure employees and suppliers follow established policies.
